EK People Solutions is a fractional HR firm for small and growing businesses that need experienced HR leadership without the cost of a full-time hire. We are based in Sonoma County, with deep California employment law expertise, and we support businesses across California and beyond.

We are Founder led. Erina Kearney brings more than 25 years of HR experience from Fortune 100 companies and startups, and every client works directly with her. As we grow, we add HR professionals who share her standards.

We start by listening. Every relationship begins with a deep dive HR assessment, so we understand where your business really stands: your risks, your gaps, and what is already working. Then we tell you plainly what matters most and what can wait.

You decide what happens next. That might be a handbook, an investigation, ongoing fractional HR support, or nothing further. We recommend only what your business actually needs.
