My background

I have worked in HR at Fortune 100 companies and at startups, across telecom, clean tech, medical device, hospitality, and aerospace and defense. Along the way I have guided companies through acquisitions, relocations, restructurings, and periods of fast growth, and I have recruited for roles at every level. I hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Organization Development.

What that means for you

I have seen how small gaps turn into expensive problems: a missing record, an outdated handbook, a manager handling a hard conversation without support. Most of these are fixable when someone spots them early. That is the work I love most.

How I work

I begin every relationship with a deep dive assessment. I look closely at your risks and vulnerabilities, tell you in plainly what I find, and we decide together what, if anything, to do about it. Some clients want ongoing fractional HR leadership. Some need a handbook and a few fixes. Some need very little. You will get the truth either way.

“If it’s not documented, it didn’t happen.” Good records protect your business and make sure employees are treated fairly.

Compliance matters, and so do people. The best HR protects the business and treats everyone in it with respect.

I live and work in Sonoma County, and I support businesses across California and beyond. I meet with clients in person around Sonoma County and the Bay Area, and I work with others remotely wherever they are.
