I’m Erina Kearney, founder of EK People Solutions. I built this business with one purpose: to help organizations thrive through smarter HR.

I have more than 25 years of experience leading HR strategy across multiple industries; including telecom, clean tech, medical device, hospitality, and aerospace/defense. I’ve worked in dynamic start-up environments, guided teams through acquisitions, facilitated company relocations, led workforce planning and restructuring initiatives, and supported leaders through periods of growth and organizational transition. These experiences have given me a grounded understanding of the operational and people challenges businesses face every day.

I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organization Development, which has anchored my practical experience in a strong foundation of organizational strategy and leadership development.

I founded EK People Solutions to bring executive-level HR expertise to small and midsized businesses; the kind that mitigates risk, drives stability and growth, and strengthens leadership, without the cost of a full-time HR executive.
